Return and Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return or exchange items purchased from the Chicco website under the following conditions:
• Return or exchange requests should be made within 14 days from the original date of purchase.
• Return or exchange is allowed after delivery, if the product is damaged, must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the quality or incorrect from that which was ordered.
• Returned products should be in original, saleable and sealed condition, including, but not limited to, accessories, manuals and/or any digital content and the original invoice receipt should be provided to the delivery officer who’ll collect the order.
Return Policy Exceptions:
Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges If the products are damaged due to misuse, not following the Instruction for Use (IFU) available with the product and non-availability of the original invoice receipt with the product.
Warranty:
• Malfunctioning items can be repaired, replaced or refunded if it is defective to be a part of the manufacturing defect and under the warranty period.
• Warranties do not cover faults caused by misuse, physical damage, water damage, software viruses or the use of operating systems, programs or accessories that are not genuine and/or not approved by the manufacturer.
• The original invoice receipt should be provided at the time of the submission of the under-warranty product to the Chicco store.
Incorrect Items Ordered:
If an incorrect product is delivered from what is ordered, please report the issue and we will do all necessary procedures to replace the wrong item without any extra charges within 24 hours from the report date.

We have done our best to provide as accurately as possible the description and colour of the products shown on our website. However, product description and image may differ depending on the source.
